About Golding Audio
Established in 1969 Golding Audio's primary efforts have always been directed towards the Leisure Industry.
Utilising the latest technologies in products has always held them at the forefront of product design.
Their team of design staff not only work to further their own products but also to provide a design service that is fast and efficient for their clients.
Through meeting with their clients and remaining flexible to their vision, they have utilised their experience to design, manufacture and install electronic systems in many themed attractions across the U.K and Europe. Alongside this they have designed, manufactured and installed many Audio Visual control systems in boardrooms, AV suites, auditoriums and design spaces. Taking pride in using the latest technology to aid client productivity and creativity.
An ageing Samsung system was proving to be no longer fit for purpose and with customers at the heart of their businesses a reliable connection was of paramount importance to Golding Audio.
The limitations of the system coupled with increasing running costs lead Golding Audio to look for a new system that would give them the flexibility and scalability to meet the changing needs of their business.
Alongside the need for a solution that could support remote working, they also required a solution that would be easy to manage should any changes need to be made, and that would give them clear visibility of their expenditure.
After discussing their needs with Wavenet, a new Hosted Voice service was identified as the perfect solution for Golding Audio.
One of the main benefits of Wavenet Hosted Voice is its full scalability, meaning the solution can grow as the business does. The solution has no expensive equipment or complex on-site installation, just a unified way of working that provides a future-proofed technology. It provides business continuity with the ability for staff to work from anywhere in the event of a disaster, ensuring no calls are ever missed.
Hosted Voice also gives Golding Audio complete visibility of their monthly spend, meaning that operating costs can be managed more efficiently and there is no bill shock.
Through our work together Golding Audio has been able to take advantage of the following benefits:
Savings: Both in cost and time have been experienced by Golding Audio since the new solution has been implemented. With a dedicated account manager and one point of contact, making changes or getting support is quick and easy.
Remote working capabilities: Remote working is now a viable option for all at Golding Audio, providing them with greater business continuity.
Reliability: With unrivalled connectivity and robust SLA's, Golding Audio have complete peace of mind that their new solution and Wavenet supports their business and its future goals.
Usability: No complex on-site tech or costly engineer visits means Golding Audio have a user-friendly solution with easy administration.
“Golding Audio have been clients of Wavenet for many years, so when it came to upgrading our ageing ISDN system we had no qualms about asking for their help.
The service from quoting a new cloud-based Poly system to going live was very good. I am more than happy with the outcome and the service provided by Wavenet.” - Joe Patrick, Director, Golding Audio
