In setting out our CSR policy for the first time we aim to deliver gradual but continuous improvements and contributions every year. Wavenet are committed to our Apprenticeship programme. We have apprentices across operations, Finance and Sales, from Level 3 (A level equivalent) to Level 6 (Undergraduate degree level).
The apprentices benefit from working with experienced staff, learning job-specific skills, studying during their working week, earning a wage without student debt and a progression pathway within the business as we grow.
